OUR HISTORY

Our history spans over three decades, starting with Philip Hardman repairing televisions from a small shop in the mid to late ’80s in Uplands, Swansea.

In 1996, Electronic Services was launched in a small 200 sq ft unit in Queensway, Fforestfach, primarily repairing televisions.

By 2000, as the business expanded, we moved to a much larger unit in the Kingsway, Fforestfach.

In 2007, we launched CCTV Wales as the company started venturing into the fire and security sector.

In 2008, we moved to our current address at 1a Europa Way, Fforestfach, into our largest unit since we started, as the needs of the business expanded.

In 2015, our electronic services brands started repairing white goods (large electrical appliances used domestically), such as washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, among others.

In 2017, CCTV Wales was awarded highly commended family business of the year at The Swansea Bay Business Awards.

In 2018, we acquired Brumble Fire and Security systems based in Caerphilly, which allowed us to expand our customer base into more areas in South Wales and the South West of England.

In 2019, we rebranded from CCTV Wales to H3 Group to signify our focus on various lines of business in which we operated.

In 2024, H3 Electronic and Solar was launched to provide sustainable energy solutions and to provide individuals and businesses alike with cost-effective and adequate solutions to solve all their electrical needs.

Also in 2024, Daniel and Simon Hardman took over the company as Philip stepped back from his duties and responsibilities.

Present Day – The company is going strong and currently comprises three brands in a variety of sectors including electronic repairs, fire and security systems installation, repairs and maintenance, and a wide range of electrical services including fault finding, rewiring, among others.
