Detailed Solutions

1. Monitored CCTV System We installed a monitored Dahua CCTV system with 20 Bullet Varifocal cameras. These cameras cover critical areas such as the showroom, MOT area, service area, and external parking areas. The varifocal cameras were chosen for their ability to accurately focus on subjects, including vehicle registration plates, which is essential for a site with a high volume of vehicles.
2. Fire Extinguishers To meet the fire safety requirements, we installed over 30 fire extinguishers, including foam-based, water-based, and carbon-based types. These extinguishers were strategically placed according to specific needs: foam extinguishers near the service centre and showroom, and carbon-based extinguishers in office areas.
3. Emergency Lighting We maintain the emergency lighting on site, conducting 3-hour flick tests, replacing faulty lights, and ensuring sufficient lighting during emergencies. The site features various types of lighting, including downlights in showrooms and office areas, spotlights and twin spotlights in the service area and MOT station, and bulkheads and spotlights for external areas.
4. Fire Alarms An Advanced Mx 5 Fire Alarm system, along with over 100 Hochiki heat and smoke detectors, is installed on the site in addition to multiple call points accross the site. The alarm system is monitored and connected to emergency services, including the police and fire brigade. We also provided staff training on the usage of the fire alarm system.
5. Intruder Alarm The Texecom intruder alarm system ensures the site is fully secured 24/7. It is linked to a monitoring centre and emergency services for immediate response in case of a break-in or other issues. Comprehensive training was provided to staff for arming and disarming the system as needed.
