As part of phase one of our project at the renowned Queens Hotel, the H3 Group is proud to have installed a Hikvision CCTV system at this historic pub, which has stood for over 100 years.

Originally scheduled for 24 hours of work, divided into 4-hour days to accommodate the pub’s midday opening, the project was successfully completed in approximately 18 hours, showcasing the H3 Group’s dedication to quality and efficiency.

The installed system features 12 Hikvision cameras on a 16-channel recorder, allowing for future expansion to 16 cameras. These cameras provide comprehensive coverage of both the interior and exterior areas of the pub, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.

We chose Hikvision to maintain consistency with our other CCTV installations for Swansea.com, including locations such as Pure Football, Cwmdu Parc, and the Morgans Collection of hotels in Swansea City Centre. This consistency facilitates ease of use, both remotely and on-site, offering a smoother user experience.

Stage two of the project will commence soon and will include the installation of a new fire alarm system to further safeguard this iconic pub in the heart of Swansea.
